Standard Delivery

Our standard Royal Mail post & packaging charge is £2.50

This is a flat fee covering all items within your order.

Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) are normally depatched same day.

Royal Mail will normally deliver your order within 2-3 working days..

Next Working Day Delivery

Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be despatched same day via the Royal Mail or a courier service. Orders received after 4pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Our next working-day delivery charge is £6.95

This is a flat fee covering all items within your order.

Maternity Rentals

Orders for rental of maternity TENS will be despatched under the standard delivery option to arrive 3 weeks ahead of your due date (37th week of pregnancy). Your due date will be requested during checkout.

Pre-paid packaging and instructions for return of rental units will be supplied with the order.

If you are already within 4 weeks of your due date, you may wish to opt for our Next Day delivery to ensure that the TENS unit arrives before baby does!
